  • Register for and take the TEAS test; register here.

Information about the TEAS test and Pre-Nursing Classes will be provided at all Information Sessions.

Admissions Process
Applicants who pass the TEAS test will be contacted by the Practical Nursing Program to schedule an interview with the Admissions Committee. Upon completing a successful admissions interview, applicants will receive an Acceptance Letter.
  • The Acceptance Letter will contain a packet that includes forms and a detailed list of all documents that must be completed and submitted before the first day of class. These forms and documents include, but are not limited to, requirements for participation in the program such as: titers, immunizations, physical exam, clearances, documentation of high school diploma or equivalent,
  • Two-step PPD and CPR certification for healthcare workers. These forms provide evidence of good physical health and documentation of fitness to work in healthcare.

Students must meet the program's Essential Functional Ability requirements, which will be included in the packet.

Accepted students must sign an Enrollment Agreement and attend a mandatory, three-week Bridge program before the start of classes.

Program Cost
Total program cost is approximately $22,000.

This is an approximate estimate and subject to change. Additional information about tuition and payments is available at any Practical Nursing Information Session.
  • Tuition Assistance for District 1199C Members: Eligible District 1199C union members may take advantage of their Tuition Reimbursement benefit, which will cover up to two-thirds of tuition up front.
